These programs received Quality Initiative grants, which are only awarded to exemplary high-performing programs where more than 75% of student complete and pass industry certification standards. The CNA students at Thunder Ridge and Bonneville surpassed these expectations. The award letter recognized that it is "only through the hard work and efforts of our teachers and administrators that we were able to achieve the high-performance standards of this award."
We are so grateful to have qualified Registered Nurses who left careers in the medical field to become classroom teachers. Without their commitment, we could never provide these programs for students. This award recognizes their exemplary commitment to do what's best for kids.
